Quoted from Aurich:I dunno, my brain doesn't work that way. That's some fuzzy ass math you have there. It's not 2/4, it's 0/3. Ain't a damn thing available.
Actually it's worse than that, it's 0/4 until one is actually available (if ever).

Quoted from radium:I start a company called "Balls of Steel" to produce pinball-themed underwear. My designs are fabulous and I'm awesome. My first design, titled "The Silver Hammock", blows everyone away. Everyone wants a pair, so I sell preorders to a lucky 100 people.
I'd like to know where I go to order a pair of this limited edition The Silver Hammock under roos good sir? Are you bringing them direct to customer or using distributors?
Quoted from jlm33:Moved to RobT and flynnibus subforum.
(in other words, please stop!!)
We do have the rarely used Deathmatch sub forum that self destructs after a bit; that would be fun.
Quoted from flynnibus:Basically what you would expect if Bill went in with the idea of making the game viable.. he'd want the protection to make sure his effort wasn't then just re-used by another company without any control or compensation.
While that is certainly true and would be fully commercially reasonable to have in any licensing and other type of deal Bill made...I just don't see Bill stopping Magic Girls from being made for those that had been paid in.
If AP was only going to make the 25 of them and no more does anyone really think Bill would say no or demand compensation?
Quoted from benheck:Legal IP issues with Bill can be solved by writing a check. That's the least of this project's problems.
Assuming AP could get the MG's done at all - which is in doubt in and of itself obviously - they already aren't being paid to complete the game or to get the games manufactured. I doubt they would write anyone a check for the pleasure of manufacturing the 25 games for free...
I wonder what will be done with the cabinets?
Quoted from Razorbak86:I suspect they are "ceasing & desisting."
Anyone hear from Bill? I'd love to see the letters between Bill and American Pinball, probably more telling than anything else.
Quoted from iceman44:Some actually tried to sell their MG spot and one in particular agreed to a deal to buy it!
Did this really happen? Was the sale completed?
