if this ever happen, doubt it with Jpoop working with them.
on their website the main picture is from the 2014 houdini flop with Adrien Brody, please, please tell me it's not the best they can do.

like someone said,
every time i see ''this houdini, doesn't look anywhere close to the real guy'' all i can see is the bruce campbell.

Quoted from Whysnow:

all I need to know now... do the leg bolts have spikes?

talking about legs.

what's with the wooden rail look with a bolt on each side?

this looks like it could be possible.

hope everyone who had money in MG get something in the end.
i'm very curious about houdini or if MG will finally be done.

why even bother to be at the expo in the first place if they have nothing to show or play, hell an empty cab at least, why not bring the one they had a few weeks ago.
what a waste of time. i feel sorry for them, obviously nothing will happen in 9 months, not even close.

#2079 7 years ago

whats with the backbox?, it looks like an old genesis (gottlieb) game.

#2194 7 years ago

i really hope houdini see the day but who think the price will still be 7K?
after seeing all the other manufacturers selling game at around 9k, AP might do the same thing.

i'm very curious to see what they offer at 7K, this is like a stern premium fully loaded.
if it looks like a pro, they fucked up.
they had the chance to have a good part of the market with a good pro like version at 5k. 7K for a limited time, i'll bet after that 7.5K-8k, if so, it better be pretty damn good and not with a dmd.

#2825 7 years ago

not sure about the side panels on the backbox. is it me or it looks like a gottlieb early 80's

#2915 7 years ago

if they have games out the door in june that'll be serious competition for stern, in a good way.
no new company/boutique was able to do that in a short period of time or even years.

it can only get better and better, good thing for pinball.

as of right now, people should give them a medal for what they did a in short period of time.

Quoted from epthegeek:

Don't get crazy now. Any of these smaller companies has a long way to go to be "serious" competition for stern. I'd love to see them get there, but that's a long ways off. That said, of course they can make cool games and do just fine without rising to the level of "serious competition".

i'm not talking about smaller companies giving stern serious competition but AP.
no new companies was able to do it this fast, including the smaller ones, yes some do have nice game.

anyone with pics of the backbox, cabinet and front artwork?

#3047 7 years ago

i think the backglass looks perfect for the theme.
backbox is so different that i'm affraid it's going to look weird in a line up.

other than that i think it can only get better.
