Quoted from insight75:I get it. Some people are going to love the idea of GNR and some won't. This goes for all themes. Perhaps there is more hate when it comes to music. I absolutely love POTC as a theme....would love to have that machine...BUT..... I just will never be able to get over staring at Johnny Dep while playing pinball. Its a hard no for me.
I saw part of the 1st POTC. Can't stand JD and had zero interest in the franchise. Only thing I notice with his likeness is a cartoony looking pirate on the playfield. No JD voices, no JD video/movie clips... To me, it's more of a generic Pirate theme which is the reason I bought one.
I wouldn't let that factor in owning the pin since he's really near zero part in the whole package.
Quoted from estrader:Id love to get a GNR but I need to play it first. When I played wonka the game didnt feel like JJPOTC or DI. The ball didnt roll as smooth and the whole machine just felt cheap. I hope they get back to the previous games quality.
Huh?
Quoted from Elvishasleft:Yah I had a borrowed one for a bit... if its setup correctly it shoots great.
First JJ I would say that about.
Huh?
