I just purchased a new Kiss and it's trying to locate balls and can't find them also says node 8 and 9 not initialized I'm new to this and don't know what to do and know how to work on them a little still learning can anyone help Thanks should ITry to updated it frist
First thing to try is reseating the cables to the node boards. Check the indicator lights- are they getting power and booting?
