Proto still looking like it will meet the Christmas deadline? With the idea being Nordman approved, I gotta have it!

I don't care if it fits in the dome or not myself. It's pretty much for home users so I don't see the point of restricting it to fit in the dome.

Cool! 24x9 looks the approximate size of the current topper.. (Will fit in the dome)

Any rumors of pinball dreams working on something for the whitewater topper?

Teekee used glitter on his, it's probably a little better than that crummy attempt at a remake a few years back. Here's mine.

Awesome stuff! you'll have a decent number of buyers, i'm sure. I see a ton of originals with a big wrinkle.. and i imagine there's a decent number of guys like me with none.

Good luck!!

I think sales will be slow @ $5-700 at least I'd be out.

Guy can charge whatever he wants, But I'll bet he sells a lot more at reasonable prices.. There are a bunch of originals with huge wrinkles that would get replaced.

Quoted from Gibranx:

Can I say that my little waterfalls have a better movement than the original?
It seems so to me!

Oh man.. I want the repro!!

Any idea how you'll price it yet?

#336 5 years ago

Somewhere between 150 and 450 sounds cool. I like the aluminum plate decal. No bubbles!

Would it be possible to sell a how-to video with the tools needed? That seems like a way to make it happen if mass production doesn't pan out.

I don't have a foil topper.

I pm’d gibranx and got a reply, He’s been busy with life. Hasn’t forgotten about the project... not exactly anyone’s day job.

Quoted from Deaconblooze:

Very sorry to hear. Hoping for the best for you and those around you.
When it comes down to it, pinball is just a silly hobby, please take care of your loved ones (and yourself) above all else.
