Same was true when the PDI glass was introduced. They would rave that it would take care of backglass and DMD glare. Eliminate it 100%. Hence the $300 price tag. Then when it couldn't do what it was designed for, them and the buyers changed their tune. Tried to justify it that it eliminates "room" glare and wasn't ment for "DMD backbox glare". Easy to changed the intended purpose when it doesn't live up to it's hype.
It's lived up to it's hype quite nicely for me. Which is why I kept buying several more sheets even after I was well aware of the fact that it didn't eliminate the reflection from the DMD.
