Wow, what a transparently blatant insult to everyone's intelligence!

Not only does the "representative" think you guys are a bunch of rubes who can't even be trusted to stick the pipe thingy into the gas hole and squeeze a trigger (after all, gasoline is both FLAMMABLE and (gasp!) TOXIC), she also thinks you are too socially retarded to make connections or form a sense of "community" spontaneously on your own without her help to save the day.

She comes across to me as being the worst kind of overbearing "mother in law from hell"!
