A friend had one in his gameroom that he made himself.
After much begging, I have now have my own!

Actually even better than mine, since i would prefer if the
flipper button area yellow "splash" thingie was taken out too.
Yet beggars can't be choosers and I am not going anywhere near mine
with a dremel or whatnot. I'd ruin it for sure!

But I have to say that no game had to die in order to get mine.
That's a big plus!
