Thanks Bob! The Gopher named Bud reminds me of my dog - probably because they are both chubby and named Bud.
It's a kit installed to prevent the ball from getting stuck in VERY common spots, especially getting wedged to the left of the slam ramp.

It's not that bad. If I recall you have the screw at the front of the hole in one and then you have to take the bolts off one of the blue flasher light holder on one of the sides.
