Stretch the superband a little before putting it on. Then put a little Windex or soapy water on the narrow end of the flipper bat. Hook the band over the wide end, then use both your thumbs on the inside of the band and stretch it over the narrow end of the flipper bat. The Windex or soapy water will help it slip right over. Worked great for me.
