I have this stuff it works for some things but not all , I does not dry clear , you put it on liquid then the uv light cures it , very similar to what dentists use for fillings
I have some too. I've yet to find something that it holds well enough to make any kind of reliable bond.

It's too brittle and will 100% fog clear plastic. My best advice, is get a liquid cement that actually welds the plastic. Something like plastruct. I haven't personally dealt with broken ramps yet, but I've been selling plastruct glue for ages. It bonds most plastics including acrylic, co-poly, styrene and abs.
