3 stage powdercoat, with final stage being Globee Clear by Prismatic Powders. It is clear under normal light and photo-reactive under blacklight.

Wow, that looks sharp. Did you also do something to the playfield to make the green glow as well? Or is it stock?

That is stock. There were a few games that had photoreactive ink used on the playfield (aka:neon) from the factory. EATPM, T2 and Demolition Man were a few.
