You should cut out Step #14 of the new UNO doc too. Glad I checked back before finishing up my boards (got busy at work).

Would probably be about $4 more for a single display kit when compared to it being part of a set (ie. a 6-digit UNO in AMBER would be $27.95 + shipping). Shipping would be cheaper since a single display can go First Class Mail within the US.
I think this is a good idea in general. Doesn't hurt and some people may want to mix and match colors for specific games. I know if I ever finish my Future Spa, i have three different colors of displays for it.
