There's only one place in the Britain (that I know of) that has more than 20 pinball games in one location open to the public - Tilt Birmingham. And I visit once a year and drop maybe 10 quid into the machines...and have a coffee (yeah, I go a little crazy sometimes).
The reason I don't go more often? It's too damn noisy. They have that modern pop music playing loudly throughout the cafe and I can't hear when I'm playing.
You American's have much more respect for pinball and I'd seriously consider moving to the USA, if only to find more locations to play pinball.
