So we seem to move locations every 3 years, and we're on to our next one!
We found a 1000 sqft storefront in Chicago that is PERFECT for what we need.

The space we're in now is amazing, but it's also amazingly small and expensive.
This new location will allow us to have a ton-more pins, with the option to now have tournaments, parties, etc!
The build-out is gonna be bare-minimum since I obviously have a small budget, but we're doing just enough to had a rad, open space.

Comfortably fits 35 pins, still usable but a little tight.. 50 pins.

We just had the electrician in today, an here are some pic of the build-out so far!
Once we are set, I intend on having a VERY large party in here.

(The drop ceiling is covering some amazing Tin/Copper tiles, but that's something we'll work on down the road.)

A few pins already moved in.
Have some carpet tiles to drop, ceiling tiles to replace, and paint to toss on the walls.
Once that's done, time to move all the games.
All in, we already have 20 pins to put in here!

So we're working out the details of how we're gonna run this.
Out of the box, this is just where I stream.
We'll have room for tournaments and parties for sure, but it would be a wast to not let people enjoy all these pins.
Perhaps a members-only club with a key pad/fob?

That is a working Cabaret, that had roached play-field art.
We sanded what was left off, and plan on doing an art re-theme!

Very soon, working on the documentary associated with the build!

Trying to decorate this place, and as it turns out, I suck at decorating.
Time to just start nailing translites to the walls and call it a day.
