    Hello:

    These are my new developments about new CPU boards for PLaymatic pinball with MPU-C CPU and RECEL System III. Both with a new design, with modern components, replace battery and Ram by NVRAM, all games stored in one ROM, select game with microswitches.

    Do you know what kind of CPU install your pinball ??, I do not find any information about it in IPDB or Tecnopinball. I will do also CPU for MPU-V Playmatic models. I you may put pictures about CPU of your pinball may check it, or if you have schematics about it.

    Current information I have about pinballs supported by CPU are following:

    MPU-C:
    ======================
    Antar
    Attack
    Black Fever
    Cerberus
    Evil Fight
    Zira
    Mad Race

    MPU-V:
    ======================
    KZ26
    Trailer
    Star Fire
    Skill Fight
    Nautilus.

    Hi, Pinballsp,

    This new mpu board interests me a lot because I've just got a Playmatic Antar, and my mpu board is very worn by battery acid
    Are you selling these boards (and at which price)?

    And could somebody tell me where I could purchase (ref or link) the lower female 8 channels connector?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello I have an Inder Hot & Cold that uses a Recel System 3 board. Is there any update on the Recel board. I'm have no interest and no account for Facebook, so will try here.
    Thanks.

    Hello.
    This is already an old project, it was left to finish, and with the time I have to devote to the DMD and the hologram kit, I do not think that I can finish it soon.

    Recently, I sent this plaque to a friend who was very interested in his Recel, in fact I started this project because he asked me, since there is no replacement for these CPUs, nor do the spider chips that install the original plate exist, so when they break down, they have no fix and many of these machines end up being cut or go directly to the trash.

    This design that I did was obsolete, initially with a PIC32 microcontroller and some Chinese sound modules, the current design would be with an ARM microcontroller, surely an RT1020 and for the sound (advanced) a Kinetis MK64 or MK66 microcontroller.

    In summary, there is no news about this project, I'm sorry.

    OK thanks for the update. I will keep the Hot and Cold sitting where it is and hope that some day you can look at the board set to finish. Mine may be fixable but had battery corrosion under one of the spider chips and lost a couple of resistors too. The game like many Spanish games is in great shape though and would be a shame to not get to play it.

    No, I'm sorry, I'm not going to make those boards, I just made a prototype that I gave to a friend to use on one of his machines. For now it is a closed project.
