The subject of the podcast was marketing, to talk about Batman '66 and Stern's 30th anniversary. I am sure if Nate would've asked they either wouldn't have answered, or just ended the conversation. I don't think it is about "guts".

It's like people are expecting Nate to ambush them on the podcast, and they are going to be so trapped by the interwebs that they will discuss things they don't want to discuss
