Well, I for one don't mind the rule talk. It's interesting to see what the thinking is behind the rules and some of the intended (or otherwise) consequences of minor rule tweaks. It's also good to see them reacting quickly to the rapidly evolving competitive pinball scene with these rule changes. It's all pretty "inside pinball", but that's okay once in awhile.

Josh, however, needs to accept that the "Nationals" should be the "North Americans". It's pretty obvious by now that Canadians will likely dominate the competitive pinball scene for years to come...

I think that Nate's thoughts on the Ghosting inserts/CC problems are dead on and mirror my own that I posted early in the "Stern, are you serious?" thread. While it's obviously an unfortnate setback for Stern it is also an opportunity to show their newer customer base that they will back their products, creating goodwill that will result in more sales in the future, etc. I hope they see it that way as well.

How about, "Pinball below Sea Level"?

You’d be surprised how amazing food tastes once you lose a cola a day (or more) habit. Your tastes buds gradually recover and you can taste subtle flavours again. Blasting your buds with max saturation sweetened drinks just kills your taste.

After you’ve been off it for awhile and have one you’ll taste how awfully over-sweetened they are, and you won’t want more than a sip.

Just drink water. A little coconut juice or citrus juice cut with water for something ‘fancy’.
