    Hi,

I just replaced a bridge rectifier by a new one. It is one of 3 in line BRs cooled by a single heat sink. I cannot attach the heat sink to the 3 in line BRs of my PS board. If I understand properly, the bolt head should be under the BR and screwed bottom-up into the heat sink thread. Is it correct ?

In my situation, all BRs are soldered so I cannot put the screws under them. What can I do to attach the heat sink anyway ?

    Than you for your advices

Without putting the bolt in before installing the BR, is there enough room under the BR to place a nut? If so then make sure the screw isn't too long that it hits the circuit board. Other than that, I don't know.

Thank you Eric, actually, it is my deep stupidity ! I mixed 2 boards and I was looking at the weong one, the one I need to put the heat sink on has holes so I can screw the bolts from the bottom. Thank you for your time.
