New BOP Ramps from Marco:Am I Being too Picky?

I just got my Bop ramps in from Marco and noticed what I consider defects. The shuttle ramp has a slightly bent flap on the the left side that most likely happened during shipping and a scratch in the middle. The heartbeat ramp also has a defect that looks like a byproduct of the molding process that I wouldn't mind if it wasn't right at the topmost swirl in plain view. Pictures attached. I don't know what happened to the text or why 2 pictures were deemed unsafe but hopefully you get the gist.

Thanks for your input Spitfiren8. I feel bad complaining but at ~$100 per ramp I probably should ask for replacements. It looks like you have to call in to Marco to do that. Is Marco customer service usually good?

Ive had an issue before with a part and Marco made it right. Ive yet to find a distributer that hasnt when ive had an issue. Terry at pinballlife is hands down the best though! Shoot Marco an email describing the issue, im sure they'll take care of you.

Yes, their CS is very good. Right up there with Pinball Life's CS.
