Great product!! I have one in my Metallica and it rocks. I would highly recommend this product if you want clear sound and the subwoofer gives you lots of base.I’m very please with this product and will be ordering it for some of our other pins.

HurryUpPinball I found the same thing in my machines; call outs and sounds I’ve never heard came to life with this kit! Hands down the best mod on the market!!
I have two more games to go, then all of my keepers will have PinWoofer sound. When someone comes over and plays, they always remark about how great they sound. Thanks PinWoofer!
I just wrapped up my second PinWoofer install tutorial, this time for a JJP machine. It made a world of difference on Wonka and I am really glad to finally have some rich sounds and bass. Just wanted to share this in case anyone was considering adding a PinWoofer kit to their JJP machine. Again, I never knew how much sound was missing until I installed this kit.

I just put together another PinWoofer install tutorial for an early model JJP system. I installed the GT Super Kit in my Wizard of Oz ECLE and it sounds amazing. I hope this helps anyone looking to install a kit in their early JJP system.

Hey Shredso ! The Maiden music / source track is "hot" as you have described. Keeping all audio settings in the menu at default, we've had success decreasing the voice attenuation from 0 (default) to -3dB to -5dB. This increases the relative level of the call-outs (negative attenutation increases voice levels) and "seems" to have the effect of reducing the background digital level of the music which helps to clean it up a bit. I obviously do not have access to the code to confirm this, just going by ear.
We've also noticed that on Spike-2 titles if you decrease the voice attenuation too much, some of the music segments are greatly reduced, and some passage segments are even eliminated (Guardians of the Galaxy is pretty dramatic in this regard). So, please pay attention to other effects that are a consequence of changes to the voice attenuation setting.
v1.08 seems to have cleaned up the music on Maiden a bit. We did play with the new 10-band graphic EQ's and what I would recommend is reducing all 10 bands to be equal and at about -2dB to -3dB for the GT amplifier (which runs mostly default backbox settings). For your V2 system, you have more latitude in changing the menu audio settings but please use the above as a starting point.

Roadshow stock speakers and ext sub. But hum sound thats killing me when i shut it down

The Pinwoofer System sounds amazing in AC/DC, Its a must have if you want the clarity and over all crisp sound and deep bass that AC/DC Deserves. No more muddled sound, you will hear things you never knew existed !! Pinwoofer is the way to Go ! Have one for MET also and sounds fantastic !!

Greetings Paseb ! PinWoofer is an amplification and speaker upgrade, not a new audio source and sound board. That's the difference.
Reagarding Roadshow, I've owned the title but it was before PinWoofer. The PinWoofer system will have better sound and it will certainly play louder. But it may not be as dramatic of an improvement compared to the newer titles like Stern ACDC (thanks for the shout-out BigalzPinz !) and all of the Spike and JJP titles which hugely benefit from the PinWoofer system.
If you have a hum going the PinWoofer GT amp will hide that during standby because of the auto-mute function. But, there is no guarantee that the hum won't persist during gameplay. Noise issues are very difficult to diagnose without having access to the machine.
You may be better off continuing what you did on Getaway and Dirty Harry and see if that gets you to where you want to be on Roadshow. If you want to add a PinWoofer system to Roadshow you can certainly take that path as well but please set your expectations accordingly.

I have installed Pinwoofer systems dozens of machines. I have Pinsound in my Twilight Zone and it works very well with Pinwoofer. They complement each other. I also added Pinwoofer to a Fishtales. The owner said he heard sounds that he hadn’t heard before

I will say that the PinWoofer system sounds great in Fish Tales. I have one in mine, I love the sound of it, and that title is a keeper.
Some WPC titles are below the water mark in terms of the factory sound board and just don't have the mastery to support more power and better speakers. Some are in-between (some like, some don't) and some sound great. WPC95 factory audio improved dramatically. Things were still evolving in the 90's.

Thanks for all your videos but why turn off comments on these YouTube videos? When I see comments turned off I take it as the product was sponsored and doesn’t want any negative comments on it. I’m leaning towards getting a pinwoofer system but want an honest review including positive and negatives.
Here’s the big negative on these kits:
When you buy one you’re gonna want to add one to all of your games. (Ask me how I know this, haha.)
I’ve bought kits from the other big audio names in pinball and they just don’t compare to this.
Also, Dan is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in pinball. He constantly followed up with me to make sure that I was happy with how each of my games sounded.
Buy with confidence! Apologize to your wallet later.

The installation video goals were i) to be 100% instructional ii) not a product review and iii) have no marketing content. The videos are for the delight of our customers and serve to ensure a successful installation of our product.
Specific to the disabled comments and considering that our product is a premium custom audio upgrade, we engage with each customer personally so that they have our email and shop phone number for tech support during our posted business hours. The last thing we want to happen is for a question to go unanswered or a delay in noticing it when posted on one of many social media platforms. We also want to answer questions correctly since we are the product architects and designers, and don't want to risk outside responses that may not be in the best interests of our customer.

Unfortunately the pinwoofer kits are poor chinese quality. The buttons feels cheap and not accurate. Further he dont accept his own product to take back. When I started about a review he comes up with a vague proposal to end up still stealing money from me. The pinwoofer set add absolutely nothing to a prem or le. If you have a pro just swap the backbox speakers and cabinet speaker. You can easily do settings in the menu and you don't need such a clumsy poor quality equalizer for that.

I smell a troll.
I had flipper fidelity in my ij when I got it. Sound was mediocre. I switched to PinWoofer and the difference was stunning. Don’t know why your situation was different but I know Dan’s customer service and your story doesn’t ring true to all the other experiences here.
