Almost every pin I have ever bought has been sight unseen.

In fact I can't remember the last time I saw one first. Racking my mind ... nothing.

I always approach a purchase in that the machine will need repairs of some nature. 99% of the time they do. If they don't, I'm pleasantly surprised.

I think if you have that mindset, then you won't get disappointed when the pin shows up and half of it doesn't work lol

If you have a handle on the market, you know what the "right price" to buy is ...

If you buy something and don't like it (or it isn't up to your expectations) simply sell it again. If you've bought right, generally you can make a couple of bucks on the deal.
