The only picture I ever found of my old Commodore setup operating The Market Place BBS on Color 64 BBS software.
And played LOTS of games from the "warez" collected. (:
The fan cooling off the hard drive and 'brick' power supply!

Got a couple of Neo Geo X handhelds + consoles that have been jailbroken.
Turns them into retro paradise.
If anyone might be interested in 1, I don't really need 2.

Quoted from woody24:

Anybody know anything about oscilloscopes? I bought a cheap one from Gearbest to see if I can fix my SegaCDX, and I'm having no luck at all.
No idea where to connect the cables, and no idea what to look for on the scope.
Having a heck of a time with the CDX. I replaced the capacitors, but still didn't give me a working system. I replaced the Laser, and still nothing. So I started playing with the pots, and I have gotten about 40% successful, but can never get it to play fine. I can get it to play a game, but will always freeze and search and give up. Same with audio CD's. It may play a song fine, but skip to the next one, it will search and quit.

Bet you might find the answer in some of posts in the boards on Bob Roberts page.

The desktop arcade is growing.
I hate missing out on the Centipede and Tempest.

Quoted from woody24:

This may be a long shot, but check your local Bestbuy. Seems like every time I was in there, they've always had a Centipede. But again, I really haven't been inside a Bestbuy since spring.

Yes, haven't been in there since about February!
With eBay prices and such, I'm doubting too many are left on the shelf.

Quoted from j_m_:

it looks like they've finally hit their stride with the controls being the proper proportioned size with dragon's lair. I may have to grab one of those.

I love the .50 (2 quarter) coin up too. Nice touch.

Quoted from Jason43:

So this is my next project. I never owned a pre- windows computer and this my first time touching a commodore outside of the mini.
[quoted image]

I ran a 4 phone line BBS on my C=64 running Color 64 BBS software by Greg Pfountz. Awesome stuff.
Then moved up to MS-Dos running multi-windows under DESQview.

Quoted from mtn-:

Four nodes on a 64? How did you do that?

That was poorly worded wasn't it. 4 lines not on the same C64.

Quoted from woody24:

Thanks! Kinda looking for that turn-based gameplay. I

Never saw it but Might and Magic listed for the NES? I loved playing that series on the PC.

Quoted from kyle5574:

Mine was delivered yesterday! I love collecting these. They’re the perfect size and Newwave Toys puts so much detail into them. You can tell they’re passionate about it. I’m still amazed at how well they recreated Street Fighter II and Dragons Lair.
[quoted image]

The only other ones I have are Dragon's Lair and the Rowe change dispenser.
I did order some of the carpet to complete my little group!
