Quoted from Rarehero:

Unfortunately the Everdrive cannot play SFX games and SD2SNES might in the future, but currently can't.

Just get one of these $25 AliExpress component out or svideo.
And it plays every SNES game.

And the zoga NES toploader Has famicom port
Inside so you can put a multicart in it. And it will still play regular NES carts.
$30 with a 100 best NES cart. $10 more for better original NES joysticks. A $5 component to HDMI.
And you have a $45 NES classic that has more built in games. Game saves with battery, and can play original carts too.

Actually a side by side comparison the clones with a HDMI converter look a tiny bit better than the original nes or snes. And the cheap chinese SNES clone has Svideo out. So it will do scart too and plays SF chip games.

Don't knock a super cheap alternative.

And Star fox 2 is available on many online cart sites. Price ranges from $40-70

Or just use a raspberry Pi. And have a complete NES and SNES library in HD for $50 or less + usb controllers.

Just the first Link I found to Star fox 2 carts

Quoted from Rarehero:

S-video outputs have nothing to do with SCART.

Starfox 2 bootlegs are incomplete games. The Starfox 2 being released on the SNES Classic is the first time the finished game has been released.

Are you sure it's not the one that's out there?

And who said it's going to be different?

Did Nintendo say they worked on it, and finished it 100% from the last revision? (Final)
http://www.romhacking.net/translations/snes/patches/829readme.txt
Because by all reports online even the original programmer doesn't know what it will be getting.
And said he finished it in 2015

And Svideo has nothing to do with SCART?

True, not exactly. But it actually does.
