Quoted from jhanley:ts Ebay item # 222156901884. I think the 6 in one is to short so you need 12 in in red
And ordered, thanks! I saw that one but it looked like from the picture and description two 6" ones not a choice between 6" and 12". Now I have to wait till the end of July to receive...
Quoted from jhanley:heres a choice between 6 and 12 . Did you get the 12 ?
Yes, got the 12", red. Ordered Godzilla from Amazon too. Lots of choices there, but the one you got seemed the best, so ordered that. Like most, got a box full of 12v converters so ready to go when the neon comes in
Quoted from ImNotNorm:Is the 12inch one piece? The description is confusing yet they show a picture of a 13 inch piece? lol
There are drop down boxes next to the description/pic to select 12" and the color.
Quoted from Backyardace:It appears most are using N scale train buildings with these size Godzilla figures.
So, Godzilla size has changed through the years, but the early movies he was about 50 meters (164 Feet). N size railroad in the U.S. is 1:160, so a one foot Godzilla Figure would be about 1:164 - pretty good match for N scale.
Quoted from Backyardace:I received my neon today. It’s quarantined till tomorrow, so I haven’t opened it. Anyone else receive theirs for the Godzilla project?
Just got it today. Need to decide on a base.
Quoted from Chosen_S:I saw this Flynn’s sign years ago and finally made myself one from EL wire.
Looks great! Makes your split unit look like part of the overall design!
Quoted from RyanClaytor:Andy Bagwell recently commissioned me to design a custom neon sign for his new gameroom:
Looks great, great use of animation!
That looks great! - I have looked at these on Etsy but they are expensive and the nixie tubes seem like a finite source exist from the former soviet block, so when they go out may be SOL for replacement?
Quoted from RyanClaytor:I'm proud to present another custom collaboratively-made neon sign that I designed and Josh Goodacre fabricated.
Looks great as usually Ryan! Love the pop bumpers!
Quoted from jorge5240:So I thought it was gonna be an easy fix on my Tito’s sign. The neon maker I have used in the past could not recreate austin texas portion on the bottom because it is smaller neon.
Maybe he just not have that size on hand, but multiple sizes of tubing are available. Reese Supply Company has a lot of sizes in clear from 5mm to 25mm.
