Quoted from gdonovan:Been awhile since posting! Picked up this sign dated 10/2003, I'm assuming it was from some New York lottery program.
No matter, I think it will be getting a retheme into something more pinball related.

Hi All,
Andy Bagwell recently commissioned me to design a custom neon sign for his new gameroom:
204900367_5794184123988641_1927897089242600910_n.jpg
As usual, Josh Goodacre of "The Neon Shop" was the master craftsman who fabricated this sign.
If you're interested in a process post about the working relationship between Andy and me, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at how this sign came to be, I documented the process on my website, here:

...and if you'd like to take a look at the collaborative neon portfolio that Josh and I have amassed, you can find that here:

Enjoy,
Ryan Claytor

Ryan, you nailed it yet again! Great design!
Quoted from Phillips88:Needed to add a new transformer for this Narragansett neon
[quoted image]
Looks like one of those signs that would have been hanging in a widow with the transformer remotely mounted.
I have a 50's Pink oval Coors sign that had that setup.
Quoted from atpcfiaim:A couple more off the floor and on the wall.

I love that Shlitz sign! I own the Olympia waterfall barrel as well.
Anyone have the hook for the led signs? I know it is not neon and i have plenty of neon. But these work well in high traffic areas where the signs might get bumped into.
Thanks,
Mike
I'm expecting to learn from the expertise persons on this forum. I'm currently working to design a few products for one of my friends who require a detailed logo to be imprinted onto the wood. I have reviewed certain famous works done by the professional custom-sign company. If I am outstanding in the first product delivery I will get repeated orders, so looking to make this part of the process as efficient as possible. Hoping you will help with good suggestions!
Quoted from Charles_Kline:Found this at a local thrift/antique store yesterday.

Well, that was a no brainer purchase! I bet it was in your cart before you looked at the price
Quoted from nvu4prod:Just picked up this local favorite. Had not seen this one before, circa: 2011

So... what kinda beer you drink
Quoted from nvu4prod:I'll have to give that some thought!

I have a huge amount of bay area sports signs. Looking for a solid 49ers sign if anyone has a lead.
Quoted from onemoresean:Here’s my latest neon.
[quoted image]
What's going on around the neon light itself? Some plastic enclosing that protects the neon?
Quoted from PhilGreg:What's going on around the neon light itself? Some plastic enclosing that protects the neon?
Just looks like the acrylic (plastic) backer piece is cutout around the neon tube

Oh my god, Kevin, is that a P3 neon? Looks like maybe the JJP is neon, but not P3? Talk to me privately and we can fix that when you're ready.

Lol true. The JJP is neon, P3 is LED but the price was right
It was a great weekend for garage sale and Craigslist neon pick ups.

First lot was all non working so I have some work ahead of me. (But all that was $40!)
I’m really glad to have that Bowtie Guitar. My dad used to have one in his collection when I was younger.

Wow nice, I can never score this stuff
Where do you guys like to get your replacement tube sections from?
What I really need to is find a local neon glass guy.

I had that neon guitar and it lasted about 10 minutes before my girl broke it just like yours. Hung it in the garage for about 15 years before I threw it in the dumpster.

The sign or the girl?
Nice sign. The contrast in not only color but script are welcoming. Great bends on the red. For some reason I ask, which is none of my business and feel free to tell me just that, do you happen to live next door to a KFC? And when I mention next door I mean against it? Just wondering for some reason.
Quoted from DUFUS:[quoted image]
Hey we want to see the whole thing (with the KFC sign)! Can you zoom out?

The Colonel is about 4ft x 6ft, in front of a window. He becomes absolutely on fire in the afternoon sun. This pic doesn't show it in all its glory, but I wanted to show the entire wall, with neons. I think the total neon count in the gameroom is up to 25 now.
