That thought reminded me of when I was driving behind an SUV and noticed its license plate was DLUX QT. I needed to turn left at the next stoplight and wound up alongside the SUV, so I tried to get a look at the "deluxe cutie" behind the wheel - but the driver was a guy. I got his attention and questioned "deluxe cutie?" He replied it was his wife's car, so I congratulated him on his hot wife. He paused and hung his head, then turned and replied, "it's an old plate."

Guaranteed that seller is not in LA. They all originate and are shipped from China. If it arrives broken they will send out the replacement glass piece needed and you just swap it out. It’s not hard to do.

Interesting, auction states it ships out of California. No surprise if misrepresented eh? Checking negs and neutrals there is a fair number of complaints about 3 week shipping.

I see some places that have a warehouse in California (probably some guys garage) so they can say shipped from US and get them here quicker... but when they don't have them the have to get them from China and that make it take 3 weeks.

Yeah it takes anywhere from a week to 5 weeks to ship and clear customs. They have no such warehouse in LA...they are just not being honest unless you count customs as there wharehouse lol.

So best just order one directly from China that has the best price and expect to wait.

Yes, they are all direct from China and they have multiple EBay ID’s but they are all the same sellers. Sometimes Customs takes forever sometimes it’s the same day. It only takes them 1 to 2 days usually to make the sign but they ship out in batches and provide tracking information usually.

Look for old school neon's, stay away from the chinsey reproduction China crap is the best advice I can give you. It will be more expensive but you can't be the soft glow that a 50+ year old neon gives off. You can keep the first born too.......LOL.

Those are from China
Problem is too expensive to ship unless in a container which is how the seller shipped them
Guess I got lucky, bought a bunch of custom made neon signs many years ago from China and they are all still running strong, that's with me turning them on everyday!
