Picked this up yesterday it’s 6’ long what’s funny is it was not the sign I went to buy. Meet the seller at a mutual spot and they brought the wrong sign. I went ahead and bought it now I’m trying to get them to message me back on the original sign they had put up for sale so I can buy it to.

If it walks like a GOOSE and talks like a GOOSE, yes, it's me.
LTG : )

IMG_0368 (resized).JPGJust picked this one up last week. It’s the motion sign like this one. I’ve got another Miller Geniune Draft sign I should have up and running tonight. I got it with a bad transformer and the “draft” tube was broken. I got a replacement draft tube and a transformer from the guy I got the motion sign in a package deal. I was like score!

BE careful with that sign if its on top of the bowler. I don't know about yours buy mine rocks around a bit when played and I would be scared of the sign falling over.
Quoted from KingBW:Checking out my newest neon before unpacking it. I will have to wait until after Expo to hang it up.

Care to share where you got that sign? That is awesome

I got the larger one on EBay 24x20. I bought it when they had the site-wide 15% off one item and it cost about $176. It says it is located in CA, but took 2 weeks just to leave their facility. They argue people with bad reviews that say it took too long to ship and blame it on USPS, but eventually it arrived. You can find the smaller ones by searching just "Jersey pinball neon". Those smaller ones shipping from China show that they are 10% off right now.

There is also a website that has them, but you have to special order the correct colors for the lettering ("Pinball" should be white). They will change the color for no extra charge, but it does cost more for the same size. They are all probably made in China.

Thanks! I am totally getting this. I like these a lot better than the beer and liquor signs that you see more frequently
Quoted from scampcamp:This 1950’s Hamm’s dancing mugs sign lights up but mugs do not flash (dance) like they should. Does anybody know someone that has a transformer for sale for this sign? Thanks

EnHance makes a sequencer that runs off of a power supply. You would need the following:
1 - Enhance EH-12C (This is the sequencer. This makes the sign animated)
4 - Enhance EH-1220 Neon Transformer (These are small power supplies, you need one per mug since they light up individually)
1 - Enhance 9030 (This is the main power supply that will light the HAMMS up and anything else that is lit 100% of the time) 9030 should power yours with no problem but may want to confirm.
That power supply you have now ......... get rid of it as it's a hazard!
Lastly, you could always search ebay for an exact replacement as to what is currently on the sign. This will save you money but never a guarantee as to how long it will last!
Quoted from scampcamp:Thanks meSz ! Have you seen this done with another Hamm’s sign like mine?
Not on the Hamms sign you have but I have seen a deluge of animated neon signs and what I provided you is one of the more up to date ways of animating signs. I have a Coors Light NHL neon (
) that uses what I provided you. The drawback is .... it's not cheap. The good is ... when you have one component go bad you're replacing one small power supply as opposed to the entire thing.... like you're looking at right now!

That's sweet! Did you have it made custom? If so, where?

Yep custom from an Ebay seller $135.00 shipped
Just got this old school Radio Shop neon, with everything being all original. It belonged to my good friend Ross "Doc" Ellis for many years as he did radio repair and had it hanging in his shop. I don't know how old it is but I'm guessing from the forty's anyways.
