If it's a Chinese made one, I doubt you'll find someone to fix it.
My neon guy told me that glass tube diameter isn't available in the states. Or, maybe that's just what he says because it's so fragile to work with.
Either way, the cost to repair usually outweighs the expense of a new one, unless it's just a bad transformer.
