If you have the luxury of spending another $15, just buy as many new connector housings of the appropriate size from GPE. Getting the pins out of the old edge connectors can be a huge pita.

Don't buy standard trifurcon contacts - get the proper contacts as recommended on the GPE website. Part # 08-52-0072 or 08-50-0134.

My first gottlieb I repinned by removing the contacts from the old housings and crimping with a $15 crimper. My hands/fingers ached for a week.

Now I buy new housings if available ($1 each or so) and I bought a good crimp tool from Ed. #3136-ct. Best $100 I ever spent and I can literally recrimp a 20 pin connector in less than 10 minutes.

Good luck, let us know how it goes.
