my thought.... you need to get that mylar off. I would freeze spray and remove. Just make sure you peel it up the other way that the paint is peeling. If the artwork is already lifted dab a bit of superglue to hold the remaining paint down. Additional try to spray some Goo Gone under the edge after the glue is applied.

Take it very slow and make sure you don't rush it. Good luck.

Be really careful over any inserts. Many times people get over the damage area and forget about pulling up other inserts.
