I love shaker motors. I think stern does a nice job of keeping the effect subtle so it adds the right amount of enhancement to the game without being too distracting. I love on my rolling stones how hitting any shot that you need to complete or start a mode gives you that little bit of tactile feedback. It really adds to the experience. It is much different though than the shaker in my roadshow where the whole thing would rattle my walls when you'd hit the blast zone.

I think a shaker adds to the enjoyment of any pin. I recently put one in my G'nR, and it is amazing! Putting a big internal sub in there has a bit of the same effect as well. With that combination, there is a great tactile feel to the games. G'nR didn't even officially support a shaker in the US release, so it was probably less developed than others, and it is still great. BDK is significantly newer, so I would expect at least that level of shaker support. Even if it isn't tied into modes, it adds a lot just from shaking with the pops and a few other items.

I recently bought shaker motors from yhe surplus centre for about 4$ each motor only of you can mount these that will save you a bob or two also have s look at the pig2 pinball boards they gove you options
