I have a pirates I just got. The main ramp was broken and the one-way gate is missing. This is the game that sits right near the shooter rod so that if the ball comes back down the game (for example, on skill shot), it will exit the ramp to the left and not reenter the plunger area. That gate is missing.

The part number is 515-7636-00 "Bracket, One-Way Gate & Wire Asm". Of course, this part is no where in stock anywhere. No vendor even lists it with "out of stock". It just doesn't exist. Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

Did you try calling Stern directly? Their help line was always very, well, helpful for me in the past!

I would definately call Stern first. There techs and custoer service is great! If no try getting ahold of Curly at Little shop of games. He has a ton of parts and might have what you need.

You should be able to adapt a one way gate from many other machines.

A little persuasion with a pair of pliers and a vice....
