Close up of this area would be great. My game was missing a plastic I think.
There are two plastics which attach to the skill shot assembly. There is a clear plastic along the left side that prevents balls from falling on to the playfield, and there is a snake plastic that mounts above the bulb at the back. Here's a crop of a photo I got off HEP's site that clearly shows both plastics:
I'll snap you a pic when I get home tonight if no one else has. That plastic shield is not standard. I have them on both sides of my skill shot. It's a pinbits part. It is crucial to the game though.
