The lower right flipper's EOS is all busted up on my brother-in-law's Meteor. Does anyone have the part number for that switch stack? Or do I buy two separate switches and some extra blade with a plastic spacer?

This is a picture of what I think is a similar switch stack on my Big Game, for reference

Apparently I'd tracked down what may be half of it - maybe Stern SW-481. Confirmation (or an all-in-one part number) would be appreciated!
