First, check your local library. Many regional library systems are setting up 3D printing services these days. For example, https://mentorpl.org/makerspace1/
Alternatively, some UPS stores in the US have 3D printing services. There aren't actually that many, but based on your "Mentor, OH" location for your profile and accrording to the list at https://www.theupsstore.com/print/3d-printing/locations, you are lucky enough to be just a half hour drive from one of those few: https://locations.theupsstore.com/oh/oakwood/2312-far-hills-ave .
Barring any of that, you can get 3D printing through services like Xometry or Shapeways.
Of course, if you can just randomly find someone in your backyard that would do it, that's obviously the easiest. But most people have access to 3D printing one way or the other, without too much effort.
I've used JLCPCB for printing a lot of stuff (Gottlieb connectors, the bridge for Demolition man etc.) and am very happy with what they have delivered.
