I'm having a blanking issue with my Pinbot 11a CPU. The 5v is lit but no blanking led on or flashing diagnostic led. I've checked the timing circuit, all the Pia's, 6802, and the rooms seem fine. What turns the Blanking Circuit on? Any help would really be appreciated.

Board is working. It seems that the 6802 was bad. Replaced it and all is good.
