Does anyone know a good cheap place to order these from?

Bob Roberts has them for $0.06 a piece if you need 100. He'll also ship them with his connectors when you buy one.
ed from greatplainselectronics.com has them as well, but at the same price (0.10 ea)
he offers a 15% discount if you order 100 or more (but twisty's appear to offer a 20% discount at that quantity)
You can get stuff at Jameco or Newark cheaper, but it takes a ton of time to wade through their system to find the right parts, and they don't have everything. Ed at Great Plains is the guy to go to.
