Are you sure you weren't using another browser before and Windows 10 decided to make Edge your default browser (again)? Edge objectively sucks, so much so that Microsoft is rewriting it to be built on Chromium. Our clients have issues all the time simply because Microsoft resets the default browser with every feature update.
