Also there are alternates to alltek that are cheaper, weebly board $153, people selling working originals $70-$100
You need 5v to boot it at least to the sixth flash.... pinwiki link will walk you through issues front to back

Early Bally's need a software change to do so, no stock setting. You can get roms burnt by most of the places that do so and put them in your mpu board. Weebly and alltek both have this integrated into their all in one boards.
