    Quoted from pinballdaveh:

If there isn’t a strike relay, there should be a 1-10 completed relay in the bank that might be the problem.

Yes, it sounds like the 1-10 Relay in the Relay Bank isn't resetting. Most likely it's not because it's energizing
after each shot, but it's not latching during reset which is telling the machine all 10 pins are made after the
1st Shot Relay is energized. At the start up of a game, check the Relay Bank and see if the 1- 10 relay is
already in the energized (tripped) position..

I don't think the score motor is over running on its own, but it's making a full
revolution because the machine is telling it all pins were hit.
I'm more use to the bowlers from the 50s and 60s, but in one spot in your manual it
states that the 1-10 Relay doesn't have a coil which means all the pin coils need to be in the
energized (or tripped) position for the 1-10 Relay to trip.
When the 1-10 gets tripped, it cuts the circuit to the 1-9 Relay, and completes the circuit
to the Strike/Spare Advance Relay. So most likely the 1-10 Relay is tripping when it's not
suppose to be, or the contacts in the 1-10 needs adjusting. The 1-10 Relay is in the Relay
Bank. That's where I would first be concentrating..

    Quoted from pinstyle:

The only way for the switches in the 1-10 relay (and there are three marked 1-10 none of which are latched or coil driven) to change state is for the entire bank to reset.

Each pin relay in the older bowlers had a set of switches that ran in series and each relay had to be made
to close those set of switches in order for the 1-10 Relay's circuit to be completed..
On your machine it must be that each pin relay has to be made for the 1-10 Relay to mechanically drop.
If all ten pins are not made on the 1st shot, the 1-10 Relay shouldn't drop, but the way the machine is
energizing the Strike/Spare Advance Relay, it seems the 1-10 is dropping when it shouldn't, or the 1-10 Relay's
    switches need adjusting..
