    Just acquired a Gottlieb Playball and I’m having a few issues. I can’t get the light on first base to light up. The game starts with a man on second as it’s always lit up. No matter what singles target I deploy it will not show a man on first. It always shows someone on second. Triples, home runs work fine. It seems these have quite a few issues with the “base runners”? I’m waiting on my schematics from PBR. Anyone?

    Playball is not actually a woodrail. Like a woodrail (earlier type of game with actual wood rails), it is an EM (electro-mechanical) pinball game though.

    As such, it likely uses a stepper unit to control the lit base runners. I don't own one, but as an EM enthusiast, I'd suggest starting there.
