    Those don't seem to be molex brand and the pins are an odd shape. Hard to tell from my phone but is the insulation crimped under the middle and rear section of the pin? I would ditch those and get genuine molex or amp branded parts. GPE also has a value line that works well. Once crimped properly they should slide into the housing fairly easily.
