Pull your old drive out and put the new drive in by itself then try installing windows. You should not need any drivers. The video is showing a virtual setup but the install section is the same. Hope it helps.

There has to be something in the bios that is causing it or the motherboard is bad. You do not need drivers for basic windows install. Did you reset the bios to defaults?
