Does anyone know how to reset Dialed In. Just did the update and the game isn't booting up. The small screen (Telephone) just shows static. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks,
Shaun

Start over. Reload full install. Then do delta update.

Something went wrong when you updated it.

Wish I could load the old software! Can't get a display screen. No monitor either. The monitor comes on at the beginning of the boot and then the screen just goes blank. Are you suggesting I try loading the 1.60 just by putting the software on the stick and pray that it just auto loads?
Thanks,
Shaun

Yes. Do a full install of 1.60, follow instructions on the website carefully.

You need to get the game back up before anything.

Tried doing it twice. No Luck! followed the instructions. Still get the beginning of the boot up where it shows Jersey Jack, then the 5 pinballs below the name Jersey Jack, then I hear a double click and the screen goes blank on the monitor and the telephone screen just shows a snowy picture. What do you suggest next?
Thanks,
Shaun

Different USB stick. I use PNY. 8GB to 16GB. Nothing else on it.

Also may need to try creating the ISO using a program program, Rufus works great. Myself and others have had issues not getting the ISO to load using the program mentioned in the JJP update documentation.

Thanks guys, I will try both of your ideas.

Thanks, it was the USB stick causing the problems. Went to a Scandisk 8GB USB, and that solved the problem.
Appreciate all the input.
