I think it would be different if you were posting about a seller from a different source, but seems a bit off to me to make a thread about a seller on the same forum.
Maybe I'm overthinking it, but if I was selling and saw someone make a thread questioning if I was a scammer id probably back out.
That said I see where you are coming from with some of your points
