I know that for clear plastic ramps flame polish is the way to go, but I am wondering what is the best method to bring my police light topper flashers (LAH) back to shine.
Plastic is very dull. Cracked in two places, so what ever I do needs to be gentle (somehow at least). Appears to be little scratches and UV damage. Anybody ever tried the polish they sell in automotive supply for buffing up your headlights?

I'd try novus 3, then 2, then 1 on a section on the back and see how that works as a starter.

FWIW, if a plastic is one you can flame polish, the color doesn't matter.

It looks pretty dusty to me. What does it look like underneath the dust?

I'd wash it down with some simple green and rinse it with water. Then novus 2 to get it nice and clean and then flame polish.

No dust at all. Already cleaned it with dishwashing soap and a soft cloth. This is the look after cleaning all the dust off.
So I am hearing novus 3 steps vs novus 2 + flame polish...since I haven't really done much flame polish, I'll think I'll go for the novus first. Do you guys hand polish or use a dremel?

And the results with Novus 3, 2, 1.
