Greg, please give the tech Wayne a call tomorrow. We will absolutely rectify any situation that arose from the journey to you. That demo man probably has under 150 games played on it. look at the stock flipper rubbers, they look like they have never been used.
Regardless, please speak to wayne in the morning. We will rectify anything that is not working 100%. if I need to hire a tech out there I will. You have a warranty, so do not lose any sleep over it.
You could not find a Demo man in as nice condition as that one if you tried. It is flawless. I'm sure the fix is something very simple.
We are a new company, but we are honest and we stand behind everything that we sell.
I will have some not so kind words for the freight company...
