I need two new A/C fans for my home. It uses a split level system. One fan for each floor. Do you have any recommendations for a fan? Unit type? Variable speed? Right now my stuff is about 20 years old and builder quality junk. Thanks in advance. Perhaps advice on what to avoid as well.

Fujitsu is great, as well as Mitsubishi. Used to sell both, very high quality. The tech is incredible.
