As with any journey, the first step is the hardest...

Trying to remove a transistor board on my Stern Star Trek Pro to replace a faulty transistor (or, if all else fails, to replace the board.)

Problem is that I'm having a hard time removing the board from the head of the machine... The board is secured by four screws in the corners of the board, with a lipped sleeve around each screw, like a wall anchor. (I don't know the correct name for the sleeve, I apologize.)

Presumably it's to keep the board from moving during heavy play, but for the life of me, I'm not certain how to remove the board, as it sits under the lip of these plastic screw sheaths, short of slicing the lips off, which I suspect is a bad idea.

Any recommendations on how to remove/unseat the board?

Brilliant find, thank you kindly!! By "turning", I'm guessing he literally meant rotating them(?)... Will give that a shot, thank you!
